How much do you charge?
Our prices start at £15 per visit for regular cleaning (once every 4-8-12 weeks) of the outside of up to ten windows. Prices for one-off cleaning start at £20.00. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods.
Can you clean my windows on a one-off basis?
Yes, we offer ‘one-off’ cleans.
Can you clean conservatories and glass roofs?
Yes, our pole-system is perfect for cleaning conservatories and roofs.
If you want these included please indicate this on the quote form.
Can you clean the insides of my windows?
Yes, internals can be included but we have a minimum price of £20.00 for any domestic job that includes internal window cleaning.
What parts of Bath do you clean?
Up to 10 miles from the centre of Bath. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we travel to your location.
What are your working hours?
Our main working hours are 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Occasionally we work at the weekends and on Bank Holidays.
Will you notify us of upcoming visits?
We will notify you of upcoming visits if you need to be home to allow access, or need to leave a side gate unlocked. We will text the night before we visit.
I only want my windows cleaned once or twice a year. Can you accommodate this?
At present quarterly (every 3 months) is the lowest frequency we offer for regular domestic jobs. If you want them cleaned once or twice a year the price would be the same as a one-off.
What happens if any damage occurs?
Our insurance, one of the most comprehensive policies in the industry, covers any damage to your home or any items within it.
